KCB is headed by Mr.Kaima as the headmaster who over sees the administrative functions of the school and assisted by two deputies Mr.kisame and Mr Nabona in charge of personnel and academics respectively.Other members of staff assist in running of the school through a weekly program and rooter. The prefects help in monitoring school programs and ensuring that all is well in the dinning hall and other areas where a teacher may not be.
